A family group with strong values
The Pausado group is first and foremost the story of a family united around the same passion for generations.
From a seaside campsite founded in 1958, then run by craftsmen with heart and enthusiasm, our group has gradually grown and become more structured. All the while preserving the soul of the project, so dear to its creator: to welcome campers as members of the family, and to offer friendly vacations that will leave room for precious memories.
A warm welcome and service are therefore at the heart of our philosophy.

We respect the environment by taking care of natural resources (selective sorting, biodegradable cleaning products, local consumption and short circuits…) and by monitoring our energy consumption, we promote employment and local craftsmen…
Our history in a few dates...
It all began in 1958… with the creation of the first campsite on the Côte Bleue by Pascal Giunti, affectionately nicknamed Pascalounet by his customers!
In those days, pitches were barely marked out and the site was not fenced in. Holidaymakers took advantage of their three-week paid vacation, introduced in 1956, to have fun with their families or meet their future spouses in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Thus began the story of the group, which would grow over the years…

Acquisition of Domaine du Couriou**** facing the Vercors in the heart of the Drôme region

Acquisition of Vallée Heureuse in the Parc Naturel Régional des Alpilles
2018
Acquisition of Ludo Camping***, a riverside campsite in Ardèche
2023
Acquisition of Camping Le Luberon****. The group also expands into a new region with the acquisition of the Relais du Léman*** located just a few meters from Lake Geneva in Haute Savoie. La Vallée Heureuse earns its fourth star!
2024
Acquisition of Les Tamaris campsite. The group returns to its roots and reinvests in the Côte Bleue region.
